Tell Us About Your Thyroid Condition and Your Fatigue

I have Hashimoto's thryroiditis. My antigen level is 198.

What Are You Doing to Deal With Your Fatigue

I walk around my office building 3 times (.5 mile)every 2 hours. At the end of the work day, I have walked 2 miles. It only takes 7-8 minutes each time. I just take a 30 minute lunch instead of an hour, so my company is not losing time. It gets my metabolism up for at least a few minutes during and after the walk. I feel more alert.

I also run/walk two miles after dinner. I feel better, but I still haven't lost weight.

Advice

  • Walk short distances many times a day at a brisk pace.
  • Try to walk at least a mile each day; more is better.
  • Drink ionized water before and after your walk.
