My Review

I lost weight and felt more in control of my life than I had in months. I was to the point of feeling like I would never lose the weight. With Weight Watchers you eat real food, you learn to control your portions, you learn to make better choices when eating in or eating out. What I think really makes this program work is the weekly meetings. Knowing you're going in to weigh once a week really keeps you on track...plus you have a whole support group there to stand behind you! I was able to lose 26 lbs in four months on Weight Watchers!! My only advice is to visit your doctor regularly when losing weight as my medication dosage had to be adjusted after every 10 lbs of weight lost.
