My Review

After finding out that I was born with only 1/2 a thyroid and having the remaining 1/2 removed in August, 2008, weight loss has always been an issue with me (plus now, add menopause to the mix). Doctor tells me that my numbers are still not where they should be, but for my situation, I should be on a 1000 calorie-a-day diet! When someone at work suggested Weight Watchers, a group of us decided to join together for moral support. We all counted points, went to weekly meetings, exercised, exchanged recipe ideas, etc. Everyone else had some success; sadly for me, I did not lose a pound. I've given up the "point counting" thing and am just trying to be extra careful about what I eat and when, while still exercising so I don't gain anymore.
