My Review 

I was frustrated, and had pretty much given up on any chance of weight loss, when I heard about the Thyroid Diet, the diet program designed by Mary Shomon, who is the guide to this About.com thyroid site. I read the book, and got started within a few days. In a month, I'd already lost about 7 pounds -- which was more than I had lost in many months of daily walking and drinking Slimfasts morning noon and night. In 6 months, I had lost a total of 30 pounds, and was back to where I wanted to be. It was a great fit for me. I still follow the diet -- just not as intensely as before, and it is helping me keep my weight stable.
