I am getting lots of muscle dancing at Jazzercise every week. I go four or more times a week and each class is an hour. It is so much fun and the hour passes quickly. I wish I had known about this years ago! There are all different ages and body types there, so everyone feels like they belong. I eat healthy overall (homemade everything but then again, I have done that my whole life) but I do not deny myself if there is birthday cake or our family's once-a-week pizza night. I do eat lots of veggies on a regular basis. I have lost 15 pounds since June and I am looking to lose 15 more to reach my goal weight.Did you successfully lose weight on this diet?
