My Review 

This is a wonderful and very comprehensive program. I followed it closely and lost some weight. I also used their menu plan and followed recipies. You can weigh in every day or once a week and enter a weight loss diary. What is wonderful is you can choose buddies to email on the site I chose four buddies and still write to them till today. There are also wonderful message boards to share with other people all around the country. It opened up a whole new world for me. Unfortunately the only way I am losing 20 lbs now is to increase my Synthroid. My TSH was very high, 40, due to a thyroid complex vitamin I bought off the internet and the doctor had to increase my Synthroid. Now my TSH is 1.7 and I am doing ok and still sticking to the Jillian Michaels guidelines to lose weight.

10 lbs or less

Pros for Thyroid Patients? 

Stick to the menu plans and eat very small portions and 5 small portions a day. And get some weight loss buddies. You can support each other. This is the only program that has buddies to choose from. Weight Watchers and Nutrisystem and Sparkpeople.com do not.

Cons for Thyroid Patients? 

No cons at all.
