My Review 

I have struggled with my weight and have a history of bad food choices most of my adolescent life. After I had my son, at the age of 20, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Losing the 60 pounds of baby weight I had gained was now an even bigger issue. After twelve years of yo-yo dieting, I was still unsuccessful at losing and keeping the weight off. I was introduced to Dr. Khoi Vu by my husbands holistic chiropractor. He did a complete blood panel and hormone tests. I started my first treatment in May 2009 after having my second child. I had the choice of injections or sublingual drops. I choose the injections because it is something you administer to yourself once a day, as opposed to the sublingual drops which are several times a day and you have to carry them with you. Over the first six weeks, with daily painless injections and following the food intake regime, I lost 28 pounds. During the second treatment, which I followed for only four weeks, I lost another 16 pounds. I feel completely rejuvenated. Not only did I lose quite a bit of weight but the food intake plan teaches you portion control. The diet recommends eating much more fresh and organic (although not necessary for results) vegetables and fruit. I gave birth to my third child 2 weeks ago and was able to keep my weight gain in the recommended range. I already feel the weight coming right off. I plan to see Dr. Vu again before the end of the year to lose an additional 20 pounds. You absolutely cannot cheat on this diet. If done correctly, you should start seeing results immediately, but if you stray from the allowable food intake during your diet, you can actually gain weight. My thyroid levels have stayed in my range and I am learning to make better food choices. Portion control is an added bonus to doing this program. Since then, I have made additional changes to my diet. I am now following a hybrid diet of raw green smoothies, vegan and vegetarian dishes. My starting weight was 202, now it is 158 and my goal is 140. I have never felt better!
