@EndocrineToday is the official Twitter ID for Endocrine Today, which is a website that has articles and blogs about endocrine disorders, including thyroid disease. They tweet fairly regularly, but not too heavily -- so you won't get flooded with tweets from them. Mostly tweets that will point to their articles and blogs, so following them is a good way to keep up on what they're posting at their site. Keep in mind that they are covering the whole range of endocrinology, so it's not all thyroid-related. In fact they regularly tweet about diabetes, for example. But you will get some good thyroid information by following them on Twitter.
