Are You a Doctor-Hopper?
1. Frustration is counterproductive.

While it's hard to be a "patient" patient, it's demoralizing to feel like nothing you're doing or trying is working. Every time you give up on a practitioner and decide the latest approach is a failure, you probably feel a little more discouraged. You've just been through another approach that "didn't work" or "didn't help." Feeling like you're not making progress can chip away at your confidence, morale, and energy.

Remember...it's your health. If you fail to give a promising practitioner or approach enough time to actually work for you, you may be missing out on the approach that WILL work for you. But if you haven't given it enough time, you'll never know.
