Remember, it is the cumulative effect of all hormone disruptors combined that results in our present state of ease or dis-ease.

Tip #1:
Reduce exposure to bleach and chlorine cleansers: they impede thyroid function and can contribute to being overweight, depressed, fatigued.

Tip #2:
Steer clear of cling wrap; most of these leach hormone-disrupting plasticizers into food, especially warm fatty foods like meat or cheese; buy organic meats and foods also.

Tip #3:
Avoid fluoridated toothpaste; the fluoride contributes to thyroid slowdown, affecting metabolism, resulting in decreased sex hormone production with less motivation and lowered sex drive.

Tip #4:
Banish your bug sprays! Inhaling these "hormone-mimics" can cause sex gland balance to go awry, resulting in low libido, erectile dysfunction, bad PMS, and severe menopause. Instead use a mix of boric acid and peanut butter in strategic spots, or sprinkle cinnamon in areas of bug traffic.

Tip #5:
Beware of plastic microwave containers or baby bottles; polycarbonate plastic used in many of these releases bisphenol-A into container contents when heated (this includes water bottles left in hot cars!). The result is a slow increase in hormonal disruption. Use glass whenever possible, especially when heating food.
