I've been receiving your newsletter for the last year;
that's about as long as I've been taking Armour Thyroid
(2 grains). I am 45, male and had felt tiard most of my
life. Over two years ago I had been going to a Psychiarst and taking
ritilin (but did not want to take anti depressents which the doctor also
thought might help me).

I had heard of Dr. Kellman and the Progressive Medical Center here in NYC
and decided to go see him. Dr Kellman gave me the TSH test and I was
pretty hypothyroid (22.5 with the blood test taken after 25 minutes from
the first sample) (Dr. Kellman wrote an article about Thyroid for Alternative Medicine Magazine).
My energy level is much better, overall, and I lost about 13 lbs. I seem
to be doing well on 2 grains.
Fortunately, there are doctors who are sypathic to the thyroid
solution...but pervious tests taken by primary care phyiscian found normal
levels of thyroid hormone.
It's only my own decision to seek out medical care that is predisposed to
consider thyroid and test properly for it that let to me being able to
take thryoid now.
