"Getting Proper Treatment for Hypothyroidism

I have been to four doctors before being diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I had blood tests at all doctors with no results till the fourth doctor. It seems today that the majority of doctors don't go by the symtoms, just the blood results. At my third doctor the results showed that my T3 levels were low. But of course, he didn't take notice of the results. When I went to my fourth doctor and I showed him the results he "agreed" that my tests showed that something was wrong. They call it "Wilson's Syndrone". This is how I felt: I was always tired, always cold, no energy, weight gain (25 pounds in one year) and a low temperature. I was talking to a guy in a health food store and he recommended an integrated medicine doctor. I went to him with high hopes. He confirmed that I did have an under-active thyroid. It was a relief after visiting several thyroid specialist with no results. This doctor also discovered that my chronic fatigue was very active. I knew I had it in 1985 - 1987 but I thought it was dormant. He also has a cure for it (chronic fatique). I go for an IV drip of 15,000 vitamin C. I go for my final visit this Wednesday.

I think you could help millions of people with hypothyroidism if you aired something about on one of your shows. People have the symthoms but don't know they have the disease.
