17 Seconds To Weight Loss / Part 2

The Previous Article gave you a simple tool to change where
you are in regard to your desired body image.
Did you do it?
If you did not do it....WHY?
Do you think that it won't work......you are right.
If you think it won't work, it won't.
So...the fact that you are reading this tells both you and me that
you have something about yourself that you desire to change.
If you are not willing to write about it, every day, ASK
yourself WHY? Is it your belief? Do you believe that it has
to be harder than that? It's not, and that is the whole point!
I am not trying to give you a hard time. I have been where
you are. 196 pounds for me was not a fun place. So I know
how you feel, I know partly about your desire.
HOWEVER, you must be willing to acknowledge that you do
not know all that there is to know of how things really work.
All you know is what you have been taught by all of the
articles and books and magazines and TV and movies. You
have learned that reaching your desired body image is
HARD!!!!!!!!!!! It is not!!!!!
Please. Begin to unlearn. And you do this by changing what
you believe about what is going on. You simply start by
writing a small letter on what you want for your body and why
you want it. You write this everyday. Everyday you get more
and more clear on what you want and why you want it. And
the clearer you are the faster it happens in your experience,
AUTOMATICALLY!!
This article is not about vitamins or food. Its about your
desire for happiness, of which one of those forms presently is
changing your body image. And why do you want to change
your body image? Because you want to feel good! Period.
You want to feel good about your life, about the life that you
may be missing out on, about the people in your life, and
about the new ones that you will welcome!
Won't you please take 15 minutes out of each day and spend it
just and only on YOU?
Do you not know that you are worth that? What will it take
for you to set in a comfortable chair, or to set at your kitchen
table or to sit in your car at work. This is important.
I don't even know you, but I KNOW YOU!!! Please do this
for yourself, and for the newness you will bring to your life
and those whom you will touch as you feel better about who
you are!

Oh, and TAKE THOSE 17 SECONDS SERIOUSLY!

Think about it. 17 Seconds you think about how great you
look and how great you are doing. You get caught up in the
daydream and that 17 seconds turns into 34 Seconds, that's
thousands and thousands of hours of action that you don't
have to work at what to eat, not what to eat, all that negative,
miserable jazz.
Just 17 seconds at a time......You can do this. And when you
get a little off track, get back on in 17 seconds. Yes, it will
take a little practice to get good at this, but once you got it,
baby.....you are on your way!
What are you planning?
You plan your future events with your present thoughts. If
you are worrying, you are planning. If you are loving and
appreciating the way you look, you are planning.
What are you planning?
You are planning 17 Seconds at a time. Maybe you weren't
aware of it before. BUT NOW YOU KNOW!
Take those 17 Seconds seriously. Plan your future body now.
Think about your future body now. Think about your body as
the way you would like it to look, it may change your life for
the better! (If that is what you want!)
