Is Thyroid.com's Richard Guttler Becoming Unhinged?
In Richard Guttler's March 2004 emailing, the self-proclaimed thyroidologist did not appreciate his site getting a negative review by the About.com Thyroid Site's Mary Shomon, and has lashed out in an unprecedented personal attack.

"[Mary Shomon] wants anyone with thyroid failure, that is still complaining of non-specific symptoms when all thyroid tests are normal, to demand continued search for a relief..." -- This statement was featured in another inflammatory emailing from Richard Guttler, and Mary Shomon has issued an April 2004 open letter as a response to Dr. Guttler.
