You must decide this for yourself when you discover unwanted conditions you desire healing for. Consider each aspect of your condition and trust your heart and intuitive senses to lead you to those members of your healing team that honor and respect your being. Yoga is the science of taking full responsibility for what you have made yourself become and to guide you to the top of the mountain. No longer feel like you are hanging off a cliff or lost in a deep dark cave. Yoga places your feet back on the ground calmly in your body and your mind. Your spirit once again experiences its natural state of peacefulness.

About the Author

Brian J. Sheen has been involved in alternative health care since 1970, when he experienced the healing power of past life regressions in resolving chronic sinus headaches and fear of the water. He has practiced a wide variety of alternative therapies for the past 33 years and is currently Director of the Quantum Healing Center in Delray Beach. Florida. He is currently forming a group for a special stress release retreat in September 2003 for 7 days to be immersed in alternative healing techniques to overcome stress and the anxiety/depression and physical illnesses that often follow it.
