By this time, you should have gotten Dr. Bob's book, or picked a diet, read through the book, and started figuring out what you're going to be eating from hereon in. Next, take out your calendar, Daytimer, whateve you use to plan your week, and write in your 1/2 hour exercise times for six out of the next seven days. Make the appointment with yourself! Now, pop on over to the Today Show's website, and print yourself out a copy of the first two week's program of exercises. . We're only going to be walking for 20 minutes total, so this shouldn't be too tough. But if you want some walking tips to help get you started, check out the info at the Prevention Walking Club. This site features info on walking basics, stretching, posture when walking, how to test your stride, why walking works, pain relief, and more. It's a great resource to help you in getting started walking! Just remember, start your posts with the letters WLC, for Weight Loss Club, so people know your post is related to the Club, and so you can find Club posts more easily to read and stay updated.
