Some of the conference is being underwritten by pharmaceutical sponsors, but even with some funding, and charging a small fee for survivors to attend, it's truly a lean and mean labor of love effort that can use any small donation you might be able to offer. Ric, a thyca survivor, is the kind and energetic and persevering soul behind this conference. He came up with the idea, he's worked tirelessly to make it happen, and is now devoting much of his time and energy to serving as conference developer and coordinator.
