I can’t believe I need to mention this to you of all people but all “thyroid patients” are not hyPO. Raw cruciferous veggies are great for those of us who are hypER.

So, in an effort to combat weight gain caused by hypothyroidism, eating more vegetables actually makes it worse? We can’t win, can we?

Thanks for saying that, Melisa !!!

I am hypER and looking for any alternative to the ‘dectomy, especially diet & supplements, and I am sick of wading through endless heaps of tips for hyPOthyroid, and how to stimulate the thyroid, etc etc.

Anyone who has had success in reducing hyPER through any non-med, non-surgery methods, sing out, please!!!!

This is so frustrating. Half of the list contains some of my favorite food.
Oh God. Broccoli. I miss you.
