Thyroid patients know that communicating with doctors can sometimes be a challenge. With busy doctors, all-too-brief appointment slots, and differing perspectives on what constitutes good thyroid care, conversations can be unproductive or even frustrating. Here are

This is crap. I mean, granted, a patient shouldn’t go in and try to overstep a doctor’s knowledge, but sending a doctor INFORMATION BEFORE an appointment is ridiculous. Why should a patient have to do that?! Just express concerns AT the appointment. And for the love of God, why shouldn’t a patient express the concern of of sleeping so much? I mean, who cares HOW it is said? If a doctor is going to judge me, think I am a hypochondriac, etc for the things I am concerned about and the way I express these concerns, it’s time to find a new doctor.
