    There is a much better blogspot for gluten free called Elana’s Pantry. The recipes are delicious, based on almond flour (much tastier and better for thyroid patients than soy)and coconut flour. I use her cracker recipes all the time, and have only had to add a touch more oil to compensate for being at a lower altitude.
