New Zealand Patients Switching Thyroid Drugs -- Pharmacist Campaigning for Alternatives
With almost 400 patient complaint reports submitted to New Zealand's Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring about the thyroid drug Eltroxin -- which is the "official" brand offered by the government-sponsored health system of the country -- a South Canterbury pharmacist is campaigning to have alternatives offered.
