Managing Thyroid Disease During and After Pregnancy: Guidelines

If you're on thyroid hormone replacement -- like levothyroxine (Synthroid) or Armour Thyroid -- and become pregnant, will you need a dosage change in your medication? Which women should absolutely be screened for thyroid problems before, during and after pregnancy? What should you know about thyroid problems after pregnancy.
