What is the "Optimal" TSH Level for Thyroid Patients?

Research reported on in the International Journal of Clinical Practice has found that practitioners who want to minimize the risk factors for heart disease in their hypothyroid patients should target a particular Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) level as part of the treatment.
