The Starling Review touches on history of thyroid disease, and some interesting findings regarding linkages to cardiovascular problems -- especially atrial fibrillation. And, the impact of thyroid hormones on the neurological system, in particular, during pregnancy, is overviewed, and recommendations summarized.
