I’ve just read this with great interest. 2 months ago I was diagnosed with borderline under-active thyroid after 3 years of knowing something was desperately wrong. I have been prescribed 50mg of levothyroxine and all though feeling marginally better I am still not 100 percent. Thing is I am about to move to the island of Crete, Greece because of the reasons you went. But I am worried that I may not get the correct treatment as I am in the early days of diagnosis. My GP hasn’t worried about blood tests. I am thinking should I ask for some T4 and T3 before I go, or even ask for Armour? But I don’t know if these are easily available in Greece, can anyone help? I am 34

many thanks
