Adding Power to Your Diet

The biggest failure of most diet programs is that they assume that everyone who weighs a certain amount will lose weight at a particular calorie level. WRONG! You don't lose weight the same way as other people, because you have a unique metabolism. But there are many reasons -- your thyroid in particular -- that your rate may be different than what is average.... So the standard calorie level, or a popular diet plan could cause you to GAIN weight -- or take in too little calories, so that you starve and your metabolism actually slows down!
